Super super long and happy customer. However the last maybe 5 times I have come into the store the person working (today 5/7:2026 at 12 noon) was as usual not in the front, has absolutely no customer service. Rude or just complacent. Today after trying 5 different flavors and then being soft it completely liquid I again rang the bell to let this person know that the machines were not working. Great yogurt flavors and toppings!
Love the popping boba and fro-yo options. Each bowl is roughly $10.
They will overcharge you without showing you the weight of your cup. I walked in and got 1/3 of one of their smaller cups. The guy wanted to charge me $11.97. Their sign says .84 cents per ounce. My cup had no where close to the amount that equals in frozen yogurt.
