My first visit was good. My visit tonight was disappointing. No basic chocolate-type flavor. Three of the flavors were too melted to be edible and two others nothing was coming out. I told the two girls near the toppings and they just said "sorry." Then I asked the girl at the register what was happening. She said one machine had been broken for a couple weeks but she didn't really know. As we were leaving she did ask the other two gals to check the machines.
The staff was very nice attentive I got my yogurt I have pistachio and coconut it was absolutely delicious great flavor
The person working was coughing uncontrollably. No mask, no use of sanitizer, literally coughed into his shirt multiple times while being over all the addin ingredients. This is a huge failure to keep your customers safe from illness and a huge failure to protect your employees as well. I'm so disappointed and hope that my family does not get sick. $35 for three people. Do not recommend.
My wife just took my daughter here for the first time as we usually go to Frugos off oak valley. At frugos we usually pay around $25 for the 3 of us and we don’t go overboard with the toppings ever. We were shocked that for just my wife and daughter our total was $40.62! We were so confused and thought maybe it was a mistake. No, it wasn’t! Don’t go here, take the time to drive to Frugos where you’ll spend a lot less!
Thank you so Much Gazi for attending to our Large Party today. You staff was attentive and friendly and the Place was clean and Tidy. And there enough seating for about 15 of us. We really appreciate the upkeep in the mix-ins and the fact that you allow 2 taste test cups per person. The flavors were good, my favorite that day was the butter cupcake! We pray this place continues being Awesome! Cheers and GOD Bless!!
