I have visited this Yo Lab location literally hundreds of times. I thoroughly enjoy the product. Most of the time when I arrive on my lunch hour around 12:05 - 12:15 everything is ready. But not today..... On 7/11/14 I arrived at your location at 12:05 (during my lunch hour). NONE of the yogurt flavors were ready...i was told by your employee it would take about 20-30 minutes before they would be frozen... "we just opened" i was told. This is the cleanest yogurt shop I've visited (and I visit quite a few). The flavors are always on target and the toppings are what makes this place unique - they support the best of what's local. You can have Ashley Mac brownies and strawberry cake to IZ cafe's granola. The shop is locally family owned and operated and you can tell my their outreach into the community. The Vestavia community is lucky to have them!
