Great place friendly staff and highly recommend!!!!!!
Must not be hurting for business. Got to the door at around4:05pm. Sign said open but doors were locked with a handwritten be back in 15 minutes. I walked all around the shopping area with kids and returned at about 4:40. Door still locked and probably 10 people tried the door while we waited. The guy came back and saw people waiting, went in and locked the door. It was pouring down rain. He must've missed out on 20 customers. Finally talked my kids in to leaving to go to Menchie's. The door was still locked at 5pm.
I've come here several times since it opened, and each time is less impressive than the last. The most recent time was with my wife and two daughters. Last time we were there, one machine was down, one was out of yogurt, and one spewed melted yogurt all over my hands. I got the distinct impression that the machines weren't being cleaned or maintained since they were either broken or not maintaining the correct temperatures.
