I work in food service in a very similar environment, so I came in genuinely excited, expecting something as good as it looked. On my first visit, it was 9:37 PM, with a posted closing time of 10:00 PM. I understand that end-of-night feeling—the push to clean, reset, and head home—but when I stepped inside, with the lights still on and the door open, I was told they were closed and asked to leave. Well, to be fair, I didn't really read to know what I was getting. Got the vanilla soft serve with chocolate sprinkles. It was vegan, I didn't think it would be gross, but it was. Kinda tasted sour. I'm sure people like it, but I did not unfortunately.

Service was aweful. Lady was rude and wouldn’t take our order in person. Forced us to use the kiosk and then took cash from another lady. As we were waiting sje told us to wait outside. Would never consider coming back.

Whatever you do, DO NOT patronize this place. 1. The product is mediocre at best. Terrible flavor. Icy texture. Bad quality. 2. They are severely under staffed. The single employee working there was barely staying afloat and he got almost every item in our order wrong, including a bubble waffle he burnt and all the wrong flavors from what we ordered. 3. It’s so overpriced. Period. Save your hard-earned money. This place shouldn’t be in business. Don’t go.
