Very bad services i found a hair in my food, i called them to talk the manager but he didnt wanted to fix the situation... I definitely don't recommend this place
Horrible customer service, the old guys acts like he has a problem with you wanting sauce for your food. Also just stare at you the whole time, very uncomfortable. Won’t be going back to that location.
I went there today for lunch. I didn't tip on a TO GO order because I dont think I should have to tip for what, bagging my food?! No one waited on me, my order wasnt anything special and didnt have any special requests, it was literally just hand me my bagged food and off i go to eat at my office. I get to my office and look at my Chicken Katsu order, cleeeeearly the guy that took my order took it very personally; allllll Katsu panko, and little to no actual chicken in it.
