Dropped off my watch to have the battery changed. I was offered a discount to pay in cash. When I returned to claim my watch the man behind the counter took my receipt, put it in his pocket and said "what watch?" So now I'm out a $1500 watch and the $35 for the replacement battery. Don't fall for the cash discount, and take a photo of your receipt before handing it over!

This is an old school place where you can touch the jewelry and the staff is very very helpful. It's been around for a long time. That's priceless.

I visited the shop a few days ago searching for a ring similar to one recently lost. Although I wasn’t able to find exactly what I was looking for, the lady was very kind, friendly, helpful and professional. It was immediately obvious she had excellent product knowledge and expertise, and invested time in helping me a lot even though I was just browsing/researching. I would definitely return to this store when shopping jewelry for a gift.
