Poor communication between staff amd poor treatment of customers. First we got there and we were given a spot that wouldnt work for our camper. So we moved to another spot that was flooded and stays wet regardless of rain. Now we have been there a couple of days and have to give again because the staff didn't communicate effectively and the spot we are in now was given to someone new who just booked a stay. THATS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!! For 900+ a month this shouldn't be happening!! Im so disappointed its unreal!
We had day passes and went down to use them yesterday. A storm came in and cut our day short..only an hour, but Hayden(life guard at the big red slide) made it extremely fun. He interacted with my boys and they had the most fun at the park due to him. Thank you for making their day a blast.
Jellystone Park exceeded all of our expectations! From the fun-filled activities to the beautiful, clean campground, every part of our stay was memorable. Whether you’re traveling with kids or just looking to unwind, this place has something for everyone — water slides, themed events, cozy cabins, and plenty of outdoor fun. Met up for the day to spend a fun day with other family members that were staying at the park for a number of days. I purchased 2 day passes which totaled right under $70. (No senior discount offered.) This amount was totally not worth it for the park accommodations itself but it was worth it to see my grand nieces enjoying themselves. Kids love water!
