My family and I go on an annual trip to Jellystone every year with multiple other families, and this year we forgot s'more ingredients!! We kept telling each other we would make a trip to the camp store but got too busy with all the activities the store closed. Garrett, GM went above and beyond to help me become mom of the night and opened the store after hours so I could get what was needed. He made our night and all 7 kiddos a vacation to remember. THANK YOU!!

We’ve been coming to Yogi and Friends for the past six years, and this was by far the most disappointing visit. There were no hayrides for the past two days, no bears or Cindy appearances, and when Yogi finally showed up, he literally ran away from us. The pool had leaves in it, the slides were closed, there was no pool bar, and the restrooms were a mess. We’ve always enjoyed our stays here, but this time was such a letdown compared to previous years.

Spoke with Jennifer & was told I would be receiving a credit for my stay — called back & spoke with Kristin she refused to offer the credit & said I would lose all of my money. They are having a tornado watch & flooding the weekend we are planning on staying. They do not take care of their customers we stayed with them every weekend this past summer.
