Dr. Patel is amazing at what he does, and his staff is exceptional! I trust Dr. Patel with any GI related concern due to his expertise, which includes being the only double-fellowship trained gastroenterologist, (in both Adults and Pediatrics,) here in Abilene. Dr. Patel and his office staff have always been quick to get me in when needed. Thank you!
Please don't go there , there is a lady in the front desk, she is very rude and offensive . I am very disappointed to go there and spend it my money and did not get anything in return, her behavior encouraged me to do not make an extra appointment with Doc Tahsa and Doc Patel. other than that i saw doctor Tasha she was very nice and knowledgeable and treated me very Respectfully and answered to my question very Respectfully .
Office has the rudest and I mean extremely rude front office staff as well as medical assistant. Their attitude is very poor in person and on the phone!! Then they don't want you giving them the same attitude back, I wouldn't have given her the attitude she received if hers wasn't so bad when I was asking questions. When I went in to take my son for the consultation the front girl was also rude. Adjust your customer service and attitude to the same treatment you want.
