Wonderful people . Feltat home.
Dead cockroach in the waiting room. Live spider in the hall by the exam rooms. We spent almost an hour waiting in the exam room for the doctor, before a different nurse attempted to bring another patient into our exam room and we realized that we had been forgotten. They scheduled an endoscopy for two days later. A few hours after our appointment we got a call saying that even though the office was in network and it was a covered procedure, that we still had to pay for the anesthesiologist since they were out of network. Him and his staff was friendly and explained everything to us before he done a procedure on my wife.
My overall experience was very pleasant, they called confirming my appt went over details ect, I really liked how they have the surgery center next to office. Dr. Patel is great, everyone I had contact with front desk to all nurses and anesthesia where very kind, told you exactly what to except next. This place runs like a well oiled machine they all know what they’re supposed to be doing and visa versa, they try and get the patients and out quickly!
