If your late for an appointment or miss appointment they charge you depending on what kind of appointment. I've never been late or missed an appointment. However they can schedule you an appointment and you can sit in the lobby which has now been 45 minutes. Very unprofessional. Their excuse well were sqeezing you in. Excellent Doctor, knows his stuff. If I hadn't moved to Florida, I'd still be seeing him.
After eleven year's experience, only I can say that he is nice doctor as well as person, too...
