Was just in the office on Tuesday this week. Appointment at 1:15 pm. 2pm came and the Dr still hasn't returned from lunch. An 86 year old man had an appointment at 1 pm. He said the last time he was there he waited 2 hours and Dr vohera had not even came into the office yet. We haven't been there for 10 years and changing drs because it seems he has lost his care about his patients. Unbelievable
If your late for an appointment or miss appointment they charge you depending on what kind of appointment. I've never been late or missed an appointment. However they can schedule you an appointment and you can sit in the lobby which has now been 45 minutes. Very unprofessional. Their excuse well were sqeezing you in. We cam offer you yet another appointment tomorrow but can't guarantee you'll be seen at that time. So what's the point? I'm getting my physical and leaving.
