Worst doctor in the I.E area. If you need to go to a GI doctor I suggest you don’t even consider this one. It will take you two months just to get a PHONE consultation, not even a in-person consultation just for Dr.Patel to completely botch the referral for an ultrasound. If I could give less than one star I would’ve. Don’t waste your time with this place. The most unprofessional place in the I.E. Oh I almost forgot about their rude staff and receptionist.

Staff and doctor were friendly, but very flooded with office work and patients. Show up 45 mins early even if you have an appointment. Many people show up much earlier than their appointment, and it seems clients are seen in the order of the sign in sheet. If it's your first time, make sure you are given papers to fill out when you arrive. Also, for anyone taking medications, bring those along.
Horrific service!! Basically gave me a nasty message to give to my doctor. I was aware I would have to paid another fee this person refused service!!
