I have never been treated so poorly by an individual. The one girl working there was no one to be found as we were making our ice cream with our three young kids. As we made ice cream she rolled her eyes at us and As we were trying to pay she yelled us “you need to watch your kids! Your single employee hides in the backroom and waits till there is a huge line to come out and run the register. She was extremely rude to our large group of people all buying cups. I understand we had a large group but we spent $200 on cups of your frozen yogurt. Our children made a little bit of a mess of toppings that we were cleaning up as this employee loudly exclaimed to the whole room "You need to watch your kids, you are making me mad and are pissing me off. 12/28/24 We came in at 9:24pm on Saturday night. We checked the website, google, and the door for the hours. It is supposed to be open until 10pm. We opened the door and the worker yelled “we’re Fing closed”, then we asked politely “Are you open? The door says 10pm”. She came around the corner from the back and yelled “Are the lights on? Does it look like we’re open?”. She was extremely rude and gave us the dirtiest looks in the universe. We were looking forward to our FroYo and she ruined our impression of the place.
