The Yin Yoga class taught by Mandi Brown is awesome!! I’ve had the pleasure of attending her class for the 2nd time. I am 5 weeks into my my 8 week hand/wrist recovery and this particular class is trigger awesome results and playing a critical role in my recovery. The heat has been broken for about a month. I emailed the manager Amanda to ask about it , and below is her response. In a residential unit it is very common to need HVAC maintenance every quarter. We use our unit much more intensely than any residential unit. I read this great article recently. "Life doesn’t always behave the way we demand it to, and the more we demand of our own life, the less it likes to follow expectations."
