This studio is up to date with a very spacious, clean and HOT class area. Nice waiting area with a few changing rooms. Showers are downstairs on 1st flr. Bikram is a very high level yoga style in heated/humid room. Even thought Bikram states this is a beginner class, IMO, your avg couch potato student would find this difficult. Over time that level of difficulty may change. If you are a seasoned athletic type, the class will challenge you. That is my option of Bikram in general.
