Had an incredible experience practicing at YogaSix West Vancouver on Main St. The variety of class options—focusing on agility, balance, and core strength—keeps every workout fresh and challenging. The staff is welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, and the environment is upbeat and spotless.

Great experiences here every time (I’ve been 30+ times). Friendly and helpful, caring instructors. It’s an inviting space, clean and welcoming. I appreciate the colorful yoga room lighting, the music, and easy to hear the instructor while in your flow. Having them there to assist with poses or alternative poses is very helpful too.

I've been practicing at Y6 Vancouver for about 3 years now & love it! Every instructor is friendly, knowledgeable & inspirational. The diverse class offerings complement each other to improve strength & flexibility. Y6 has been an essential part of my recovery from multiple injuries over the past 3 years.

I love this YogaSix location! It’s the perfect place to feel energized, refreshed, and recharged. They offer such a great variety of classes, so there’s truly something for everyone (you can always modify and do a practice that feels right for you). The instructors are welcoming and the atmosphere makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
