such a good workout!! staff were very friendly!!
I really like the environment, the instructors are helpful but not pushy and I like that there is no pressure to be perfect. It is a very calm atmosphere. Lots of available times which is great for hectic schedules.
Really great facility. I am loving the classes so far. Staff and instructors are top notch.
Natalie C is the best yoga instructor I’ve met in a long time. She is strong, motivational, and personable. She makes a challenging yoga class in a hot room fun. She is what everyone needs in their life.
