Instructors make sure you are following the correct form, which I love, and are very friendly. The classrooms are relaxing, well lit, and more personal in size. Pricing is pretty close to what's a given for class memberships. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and that makes it memorable, of great quality, accessible to anyone at any skill level, and great for people who need more relaxed motivation that keeps them on track during classes.
Just started going here and already love it. The staff is friendly and instructors are great. Would definitely recommend it!
I love coming to Katie’s and Kim’s classes at YogaSix! The SlowFlow and SlowJams Mix classes have made me stronger and I’ve improved my flexibility, too.
