I recently attended a combination “Restore” Yoga session with Jasmine and Sound Bath with Theodore (Teddy) Gibbons at Yoga 6 in Livingston. The vibe at this studio is very warm, welcoming, and zen. Jasmine led us through the flows, while Teddy played the perfect accompaniment on a wide range of instruments. Jasmine’s soothing voice enabled me to stay entranced in the sound healing. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and relaxing. I will definitely attend this class again! Thankyou Jasmine and Teddy!
I absolutely love Caitlyn S.'s yoga classes! She brings so much positive energy to every session, and her vibe really makes the class special. Caitlyn has a great ability to guide us through the movements while keeping the energy high and positive. Highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a fun and revitalizing yoga experience!
