I took first class at YogaSix today. Michelle was great! She helped me set up with the props I needed. When class started she was patient and went over the steps for positions and transitions for poses. The room was warm but not uncomfortable at all. The cool towel at the end, was a welcome finish for the class. I will definitely return!
Yoga with Monica was great!
The entire staff at YogaSix was so friendly and helpful. Caitlyn's hot yoga class rocked! It was a hard but rewarding workout and she made sure to encourage us to listen to our bodies/take breaks as needed. I'll definitely be going back
