The entire staff at YogaSix was so friendly and helpful. Caitlyn's hot yoga class rocked! It was a hard but rewarding workout and she made sure to encourage us to listen to our bodies/take breaks as needed. I'll definitely be going back

Craig lead a great class! Welcoming, warm, he offered options and modifications. I love the use of the props for the restore part of the class! I’ll definitely be back for Craig’s Friday 12pm slow jams! Took Monica’s slow flow! Loved it!
Corinne’s class was my first at YogaSix and it was a great experience! Slow Flow was versatile to accommodate all different skill levels. Can’t wait to take it again!
I love coming to this studio. Everyone is so friendly especially Kellianne. I love Kyle and Monica’s classes.
