Such a great experience, greeted with great customer service. I felt very welcomed. The instructor was also very friendly and helpful. She allowed you to go at your own pace and still challenge you. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good workout and still something that you can modify. Don’t wait try a class. (sincerely Lashaunda)
I have thoroughly enjoyed every class I’ve taken here. I love the variety offered, ranging from high-energy, challenging sessions to deeply restorative flows. This studio has truly elevated my practice; the instructors consistently encourage me to push past my perceived limits, and I’m constantly surprised and empowered by what I can achieve. The staff and instructors are all incredibly kind and welcoming.
Rose classes are truly not to be missed .If anyone at Y6 not tried her core class yet, it’s a must ! I always look forward to her classes . She’s an amazing teacher !
