This was my first time coming to YogaSix. I am definitely a newbie to yoga. I took the sculpt and flow class. The instructor was fantastic and I had a great workout. I am looking forward to my next class.

Update: 10/24/25 I've been going to this studio for over 3 years. This is not a "breathe through your eyelids and twist like a pretzel" yoga place. They do have those types of classes but they also have a wide variety of others that will challenge any crossfitter out there. I love the teachers, staff and location (with the one new con of parking - it has become a challenge at times due to the growth of the other businesses). I absolutely love YogaSix Heights! From day one, the staff made me feel so welcomed — they’re super friendly and always happy to help with anything. The instructors are amazing as well! Each one brings something special to class, and they do such a great job of guiding you while still letting you go at your own pace. The classes are fun and leave me feeling refreshed every time. It’s become one of my favorite parts of the week. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a supportive, positive yoga community!
