I tried out the Hot Remix class with Nashly, and it was AMAZING! This studio is so cute and in the perfect place in the Heights. Absolutely love the vibes and the flow, amazing yoga studio in Houston!
This place checks all the boxes - friendly staff, convenient location, and useful locker space. But what really stands out is Nashly's mobility class. She's got this knack for making challenging movements feel accessible, and I always leave feeling stronger and more limber. No gimmicks, just smart programming and great energy. Definitely my go-to spot, especially when Nashly's teaching.
I love this place, Nash is an amazing instructor I love her restore classes I always feel so relaxed, She has a special talent as a teacher, and her classes are so dynamic, she helps me deepen my practice and with my alignment and flexibility 💯
My wife came in earlier today and she said the woman upfront was extremely rude and passive aggressive with her for just asking how she can sign up and start taking Pilates classes here. She just wanted to sign up for Pilates and she was extremely confrontational for absolutely no reason at all. There was no favor she asking for. If you have no issue being treated poorly when there’s countless options that will treat you great, and are better, then sign right up.
I’ve been taking Nash’s classes for the last few years. She is absolutely the best! Her energy and flow makes the classes go smoothly and challenging at the same time. Her hot remix class is my favorite 🩷
