Y6 Heights is where I go to challenge myself, stay grounded, and continue growing in my yoga practice. Yoga has become such an integral part of my routine and YogaSix Heights has made me love it even more. All the instructors are encouraging and always make me feel comfortable while still motivating me to grow in my practice. I highly recommend the y6 restore classes if you want a good stretch and the y6 hot to test your mental fortitude. The final boss of YogaSix heights is the parking. Update: 07/10/25 I've realized this studio is my lifeline. I've been through 3 separate broken bones, multiple medical procedures and breast cancer since I've joined and not only have they been flexible with me as a member, the instructors and community have also been compassionate. I realized that I measure my recovery time by when I can get back into the studio, not when I can go back to work.
