1st time going excellent instructor, and sore for days....which is a good thing!
Y6 Heights is where I go to challenge myself, stay grounded, and continue growing in my yoga practice. My wife introduced me to the studio three years ago, and the experience has been so rewarding that I recently upgraded to an unlimited membership. Yoga has become such an integral part of my routine and YogaSix Heights has made me love it even more. All the instructors are encouraging and always make me feel comfortable while still motivating me to grow in my practice. I highly recommend the y6 restore classes if you want a good stretch and the y6 hot to test your mental fortitude. The final boss of YogaSix heights is the parking.
