I’ve been taking classes at Yoga six for a month and I already love it! I like the variety of classes. You always can find what you need for yourself any day. Teachers are professionals and supportive. I like to have yoga as my daily routine 🙌🏽🧘♀️

I did the Y6 Sculpt class for the first time on Monday and I will be going back. Currently on a weightless journey and the class was a little hard for me. I didn’t know it would be 85 degrees in the class so that was interesting, however, I felt really good when I left. The instructor, Taylor, explained the movements well and she was really encouraging. She spoke to me before and after the class. I know I’ll get better if I keep going and the environment was welcoming, so I will definitely come back.
