Amazing studio with the best teachers!
This is my first time doing hot yoga and I couldn’t have picked a better studio. Everyone is so nice and will help you with anything. All of the instructors are amazing and will help you with any modifications. I recommend YogaSix in downers grove.

I love YogaSix! I went there last night for hot yoga and had the best time! I had done pilates one other time and enjoyed it but this was so mediative and needed for me personally. After my first session, I bought the 8 class package. I know I won’t regret it! Love it there!
