Amazing studio with different sequences of yoga. There are classes like power, hot, restore, slow flow, sculpt and flow. We could mix and match based on the package we choose. My unlimited classes work excellent. That real sweat is what you see here. Perfect full body activity/stretches in an one hour class. Staff/ instructors are friendly in recommending classes. I have taken three different kinds of classes here. Even their restorative yoga moves too fast and their teachers talk too much to be able to sit with your breath. The only teacher (Johnny) who didn't speak too much has left. As someone with a shoulder injury I have also found that they rarely offer modifications as a normal part of practice.

So many good things to say about this place! Firstly the environment is very welcoming from the staff to the setting ambiance. Everyone has always been kind, friendly, and informative on each of my visits. I love the padded style floors in the studios it makes the practice much more comfortable. I travel a lot and the staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate me when I’m in town. What more can I say!?
