I am new to yoga and Nabin made me feel very comfortable and I learned so much within my first session. We worked on breathing, stretching, positions and form. Nabin is very skillful and also has a very calming presence.
My first time ever experiencing Yoga and it was amazing. It was a learning experience and I appreciate the patience and support throughout my session. I would highly recommend Yogashala and Reiki Center to anyone who is interested in yoga meditation, but heck don’t just take my word for it GIVE IT A TRY FOR YOURSELF!!! Definitely worth it and I will definitely book with them again.
This was my first time doing yoga so I was a little nervous but I really enjoyed this session. Highly recommend!
Nabin was an excellent yoga instructor. I booked a group alignment session for my birthday and we all agreed, it was awesome. He also gave us some tips on things we can do daily to promote wellness. My fiancé, who never tried yoga before, had a one-on-one meditation session. Now he loves yoga and can’t wait to do it again. Thanks Nabin!!
Nabin is an excellent instructor. He has a very calming voice, and is very soothing in his instruction. He takes time to ensure each pose is comfortable and gives you alternative poses when needed. Taking his class has convinced me to try yoga again!!!! I would highly recommend him.
