This studio has transformed my body in the last couple of months. Rua has taught me how to engage muscles I didn’t even know I wasn’t using for my whole adult life. I feel so much better when I move and feel so much more confident that I won’t injure myself working out or doing sports from not engaging properly. This practice is like insurance for my body!!

This studio is located in a beautiful converted church and attended by a welcoming community. Rua's practice combines strength, exploration, and connection meaning no class is the same and you leave feeling strong and detangled. I would highly recommend Rua and her studio.

I've seen a lot of different practitioners for shoulder, sciatica, arthritic toes and other problems. I've seen specialist physiotherapists with PhDs – some were good, some not, but I ended up badly stuck for years. Rua took a very different approach – got me moving in ways I didn't think possible, using my muscles and building strength. I've even improved the mobility in the balls of my toes, after doctors basically told me there was nothing to do. I highly recommend Rua.
