Suggestion: I understand that YogaOne largely serves younger individuals, however, most instructors I have encountered at MIdtown have ignored mid-aged or older students. They barely correct or adjust any of our postures, although we are most prone to injury if we were holding a pose even slightly incorrectly. Just a word to the wise.

Oustanding Instruction and Largest Variety of Classes I – I did a power of 10 awhile back. I LOVE this place. Yes they have friendly staff, yes they have great instructors But what I really love about Yoga One is a pretty substantial schedule--am, midday, pm classes--and the VARIETY of classess. Before I visited Yoga One, I didn't think I liked yoaga--my only experience being hatha videos. Exceptional Yoga!!! – This is a great studio to practice yoga. I had not gone to yoga in many years and had never experienced hot yoga before. After my very first class here I was hooked and knew this is where I belong. The instructors are friendly and very good teachers. The energy in this studio is fantastic! I highly recommend Yoga One to anyone and everyone!

I Love My Yoga One!!! – Yoga One has awesome, knowledgeable and friendly instructors and the studio is full of positive energy. They offer a good variety of classes for everyone and they offer really great workshops too. This place is so good for your mind, body & soul!

great yoga studio – Many yoga studios in Houston can promise excellent classes, but what really sets YogaOne apart is the quality and friendliness of the instructors. I've taken classes with almost all of them, and I don't have a bad thing to say. Also, the owners Roger and Albina Rippy are a great team. They make everyone who walks in feel welcome.

Awesome Hot Yoga! – My husband and I had heard about hot yoga, and were interested in losing some weight, so we decided to "brave" our first hot yoga class at Yoga One a couple of months ago. Wow, what an experience! Although it was definitely challenging, the instructors are wonderful about showing modifications of the poses for beginners so everyone can participate. Great Yoga Studio - Yoga One – I'm new to yoga, but I've done yoga at Yoga One (Y1) and at 24 Hour Fitness (24), both in Midtown. I must say that the instructors, environment and diversity (different class types) & quality of the product are all much better at Y1 than at 24. The instructors at Y1 do just that they instruct, helping students tweak postures. BURNS 900 Calories in one class!!!! – I was tired of my non-existent trips to the treadmill (bo-ring) and started cruising the net for something active and fun to add to my workout routine. Best Yoga Studio in Houston TX – Advanced yogies will definetely get all advantages as soon as they try it once. As for beginners - excellent way to learn listenning to your body, loose weight, get rid of toxins, start beeing flexible. I started 1 month ago and can see the results already! would gladly reccommend all my friends to start!
