Came in thinking yoga was just stretching for hippies.. bruh, they folded me like an Amazon package. Renee got the patience of a kindergarten teacher and the flexibility of Mrs Incredible. She smiled the whole time like she wasn’t lowkey tryna murder me with ‘core engagement.’ 10/10, would suffer again. Left the building feelin’ like a sexy noodle. If you ain't tryna cry and transcend at the same time, dont come here. Namaste and all that.

I have been doing Yoga with Renee for about 3 years now. I came in as a beginner and can honestly say she meets you where you're at yet motivates you to go past what you think are your limits. I love that every class is different and unique, and leaving the class I feel so so good! She also has performed Thai Massage and Reiki on me and are both wonderful additions to my Yoga. She is very skilled and I feel comfortable in her hands.

I’m so happy to have met Renne! I recently had my very first yoga class ever, and it was an amazing experience. Renne’s guidance and knowledge made the session truly special. It’s clear that she is an excellent yoga instructor who deeply understands her craft. I’m already looking forward to my next class with her!

Renee is a spiritual and special yogi. She customized a sound healing and reiki cleansing for 2 dear friends and myself. The incense and sage cleansed the space. She aligned and reset our chakras with sound. The singing of the bowls were soothing. We experienced seeing colors, felt temperature shift and felt the old energy no longer serving be replaced with a new positive glow. The calming voice began and ended our practice with zen. Thank you Renee.
