I have attended this teachers's courses and really enjoyed of the times in the class. Her magic of running beginners like me smoothly towards higher levels of Yoga is amazing.
I have done so well since starting the yoga program. I find it leaves me in a much better spirit, greater physical condition and more confident.
Each time I attend a YogainRiverdale class I leave with a sense of well-being, a deep connection to my body and breath and gratitude for Marguerite's teaching style. When I began Yoga 6 years ago with Marguerite it was difficult some days to get out of bed due to a bad back, arthritis and other ailments. Now I am flexible, healthier and my life has become more expansive. Yoga introduced me to wanting better health and I regained an interest again in taking care of myself.
