Best hot yoga class I have ever done!
Experts on all levels! Friendly as can be
Wanted to give a shout-out for the Tuesday intro class taught by Joy. It took years for me to convince my husband that yoga could help with his running injuries, but after two classes with Joy, he's a devoted convert. She takes things slowly and focuses on proper alignment to avoid injury.
