Stef instantly brought sunshine to my time in Brisbane when I randomly stumbled upon one of her yoga classes. I had the pleasure of doing a YTT with her in Bali — a plan came together so beautifully after a conversation in a coffee shop. She is refreshing, playful & so very knowledgeable. Stef is a fun, kind, and compassionate human who brings her joie de vivre and lightness of being to her yoga. We spent 3 weeks together in Guatemala when I was doing my YTT and she was a teacher there. I simply loved her classes! She was the one who read the room the most and adapted her practice to where people were. She’s also very well read in yogic philosophy and is very nerdy about anatomy.
