I so enjoyed Stef's deep-hearted online offering on hanumanasana - myth, embodiment and mantra. Her reverence for Hanuman and his story is felt. Such a joy to receive and learn from Stef's yoga facilitation from afar. It makes me miss doing so in-studio. This was lovely to practice in the time that I can make work for my schedule, which does not always align with studio times.
Stefs classes are always thoughtful. She’s brings a great blend of science and spirituality to the practice and as someone who has been practicing a long time I always leave having gained something new.
I had been looking for a yoga studio, and I met Stef at West End Yoga. From the first class, I connected with her and with the practice. Stef has a way of going deep into the practice and also into your soul. Her classes challenge me mentally and physically — it’s amazing.
I was so lucky that Stef was part of the facilitators team for my yoga teacher training. She is truly a sunshine that embodies the teachings of yoga with so much humility and integrity. I am very grateful that my journey as a yoga teacher started under her guidance. Stef is an inspiration
