It's hard to know where to start! I have practiced with Sara for a few years now & immediately fell in love with the way she shares yoga. Sara is heart lead & intuitive in the way she teaches, she exudes warmth & makes you feel seen & heard. When I found out Sara was starting a teacher training school I knew I had to sign up.
