Words cannot express the experience I have received since starting my yoga journey with Sabina. The physical experience has been monumental. When I first started with her over 6 years ago, my hips hurt so badly that I could hardly turn over. After a few weeks the pain and stiffness left and my flexibility greatly improved Her technique of teaching is like none other I have ever had with other yoga 🧘♀️ instructors. She is a blessed gift to the yoga community.
I love Sabina’s classes! I have been able to integrate a calmness within my body and often carry it throughout my day! Sabina’s style is gentle and authentic. You won’t be sorry.
