I have been going to Embodied Wisdom Therapies yoga classes for a few years now and I have to say its amazing. I can instantly feel the difference in my body and mind. I lost my dad 2 years ago and these classes have really helped my mind repair from the heartache that I feel daily. it's my time each week to let go of everything negative and think of myself. Nicole is a beautiful person. Very approachable and a wonderful yoga teacher. If you don't already, give it a go. you're missing out if you don't!!

Nicole has a very calming, and caring approach to her yoga classes and tailors them to suit different skill levels. Her gentle, thoughtful and caring nature are a perfect fit for teaching yoga and her knowledge about the body in relation to yoga really come through in each class. I really love Nicole's classes and would 100% recommend her to everyone. At the end of the class I felt much more relaxed, stress-free and ready to start the day. Thanks again Nicole!

I first started yoga with Nicole to help with flexibility and joint health but have gained so many other great benefits along the way. Thank you Nicole for being such a wonderful caring teacher. It is always a pleasure to attend your classes.

I was a complete beginner to yoga and Nicole was very welcoming and patient. She’s built up my confidence and ability in a friendly and stress free environment. Highly recommended.
