Melisa provides a wonderful yoga class from beginning to end. She delivers a powerful intro of inspiration and intention that ignites the spirit within. Melisa is very skilled and leads her class by example always providing alternative poses as needed while also pushing you to your edge. So grateful to have her as my teacher and friend.❤
