As a mother, nurturer, healer, health care provider this class helped me release old energies that I was holding on to. Carla is a teacher and showed us how to let go of trapped energies. I feel lighter and have more clarity and brought in love and light. As a group we all felt the same after class! Thank you
Heather is such a gentle person and is dedicated to helping the people around her. She is always willing to adapt her teaching to suit the needs of her class. My favorite yoga teacher by far!!
