Carole's class is stellar. She is clear with directions and no matter how many years you have been going to her, the direction and details are easy to follow. Her class can push you a bit or not. Have enjoyed the three years with her .
Have been going to Yoga with Carole for 9 years now, having recently transitioned to the new Senior Center in Willimantic. A beautiful facility and a wonderful yoga instructor. Carole is soothing, encouraging and playful, allowing you to delve into your practice in your own way while giving you that little nudge to go deeper. Being a retired Physical Therapist, I appreciate her guidance to get out of my analytical mind and just feel how my body is on any given day. I hope she teaches for a long time!
Carole’s classes have helped tremendously in helping me gain and keep strength and flexibility. She teaches with warmth and humor and gentle encouragement.
