Very small and crowded but I do enjoy myself when I do classes on Sunday with Lyssa & thought Alexis kicks my butt in her classes, I enjoy her as well! Other instructors and experiences makes me not want to go to any other classes
My friend had me take a hot yoga class one night & wow, I did not realize how hard yoga is!! But something about it made me feel great afterwards. I did the 30 day trial pass and in June I signed up for the membership. I’m not great at yoga, but I’ve noticed small improvements in what I can do. The moment I walked in your studio's door, I felt a wave of peace infiltrate my overstimulated, stressed, and anxious being. Not only was it beautifully designed and decorated, but it renewed a sense of rejuvenation inside my soul. The yoga instructor was equally as calming. Her soft voice carried throughout the studio as she helped me regain calmness and peace within my mind, body and soul. I cannot wait to return for another session! Fantastic yoga studio! Their hot yoga classes are led by great instructors and the front desk staff are really friendly. Would definitely recommend it!
