Nik is an absolutely fantastic yoga instructor! He is very knowledgeable about a range of ways to do yoga so there is always a variety in the focus for the day (e.g. sitting poses, standing poses, etc.). He is also very willing to tailor the practice to the students’ abilities, preferences, and schedule. Overall I’ve had a really great time practicing with Nik and am committed to doing so regularly!

Nik is such a wonderful teacher! He’s been giving us yoga classes for a few weeks, and he’s so knowledgeable about all the forms, and different variations based on skills or injuries. He’s kind and helpful and encouraging, and has such a peaceful aura to him. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Nik and his practice!
During Yoga class his alignment and adjustments helped me deepen my practice. Breathing exercises has transformed my practice as well. Thank you
