I went to Anne-Laure for yoga therapy and could not have been more pleased. I’m 60 years old and have had a lower back pain issue on and off for about two years. Her approach was physical with short restorative yoga sequences and she also tapped into the emotional and spiritual by introducing the root chakra philosophy into the mix. I highly recommend ❤️
