Sara is a fantastic yoga instructor. Each class is its own entirely satisfying journey - with incredible instruction to boot. If you have the privilege to take class with Sara, don't miss it!

When I started working with Sara I was an absolute beginner and was experiencing a lot of back and shoulder pain. After a few months, much of the pain has gone away and I’ve been able to get my body to move in ways I never really though possible. It’s been a wild transformation and I look forward to our sessions every week! On top of all that, Sara is an absolute sweetheart and has been beyond kind to my girlfriend and I. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
