Absolutely loved my experience at Yoga Spirit Studios. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and make every class feel comfortable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. A beautiful place to improve flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing.
I highly recommend Yoga Spirit Studios to anyone looking for quality yoga classes in Torrensville. The atmosphere is friendly, the instructors are supportive, and there is a great variety of classes to choose from.
Extravagant
Yoga Spirit is a very special place. It is very welcoming of all and it is a lovely big space with a really nice vibe, and even heaters from the ceiling for the winter. I am very blessed to be guided here to complete my journey of becoming a Yoga Teacher. I love the traditional approach that Vani provides, so I dont have to go all the way to India. Thankyou a million. I wholeheartedly reccomend this studio for a beginner all the way through to advance.
