I've taken yoga classes with Gloria for almost 25 years! I attribute my flexibility & well-being to my practice of yoga. I am 79 years old & am still trailriding my mustang horse several days a week. Highly recommend Gloria's classes.
Gloria's classes are a refuge for me; a place where I can devote time to myself to restore and energize. I feel nurtured and supported in her classroom as she is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring in her instruction.
