I have been practicing at the Yoga Shelter Royal Oak location for the past seven years and continued practicing virtually during the Covid shut down. The management of Yoga Shelter did an awesome job of pivoting from in person practice to virtual practice. And now that we are slowly implementing in person practice again, I look forward to being with my fellow yogis.
