Mike led a beach yoga session for our company offsite earlier this week. Even though I couldn't attend it personally, working with Mike to organize the session was an absolute pleasure. Mike was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. He promptly addressed all our questions and concerns, providing valuable insights and suggestions. Thank you, Mike, for making our event so special, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you again in the future.

I started working with Michael about a year ago. I have had two major back surgeries and even before my surgeries was never very flexible. I was given a gift of a few sessions with Michael and the best gift I have ever been given. Michael has transformed my body. I’m standing straighter, bending like I never had the surgeries. It’s been transformative. Michael gave me a new lease on life.

I started working with Michael about 6 months ago and I can’t say enough good things. I have tried yoga in the past in a few studios and never enjoyed it as the instruction was always lacking. With Michael and the one on one instruction he offers along with the mindfulness I feel like a new person. He tailors the session to my individual needs.
