Mike Manfredo is a miracle worker! His class changed my life! I was becoming less and less mobile. Mike’s excellent and appropriate exercises (based on years of training and knowledge) gave me strength, confidence and flexibility My balance and walking were especially improved. The classes were very upbeat and positive. What a joy!
