Luisa is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person. Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking your positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. Luisa is a lovely teacher. She is kind and her english is super clear for me ( as a Spanish speaker). I highly recommend her classes, they have a good balance of stretching, breathing and connecting with your body.

Luisa’s classes are never the same which is great, they are making me feel rejuvenated as she is keeping the classes challenging and also very relaxing. Her choice of music is also excellent, she is a great teacher.
