Julia's Yoga session was extremely helpful in alleviating my stress and allowing me to be in the moment with her meditational style. I noticed better movement and just an overall attitude enhancement. She comes highly recommended.
Julia gave gave me a relaxed stretch in a class I think anybody would enjoy. The class I felt gave me better flexability and a refreshed feeling. I highly recommend taking her class.
