So soothing and relaxing
Julia gives a very relaxing yoga session. I love the ocean vibe. It really improved my bad shoulder from a rotator cuff injury. This class comes highly recommended for all levels of yogi's.
This is an amazing way to start your morning with a gentle flow on the beach and in the sun. I really loved that they had a clean mat and blanket that I could use. The soft yoga music and the teachers sound healing bowls really made this an extraordinary experience.
My sisters and I have practicing yoga with Michelle and Julia at OM for over 4 years - they are the most amazing teachers!! ❤️❤️
