Yoga on the Beach with Annebelle is always very special. She reads the weather first to ensure not too wild, windy or wet. The beach is always beautiful. Then she creates a magical space where she soothes us through shapes that nurture and strengthen us. I love that Annebelle links themes with our practice and reminds us to contemplate on gratitude. Anyone who attends these classes would agree they are gentle and nurturing as well as including some challenge. I love them and they are an important part of my self care.
The most wonderful yoga in the most perfect of places!
Annebelle was a wonderful teacher and it was the perfect way to start the morning!
