Update: I recently saw Erica for osteopathy and it was such a great experience. Erica's approach is incredibly gentle but really effective. I left feeling more balanced and grounded, and I continued to notice shifts over the following days as things settled. Osteopathy is a great option if you prefer something softer than massage or physio, especially if you’re very sensitive, but still want something that works on a deeper, more systemic level. I started going to Kaer during my pregnancy and found the prenatal yoga classes and acupuncture very helpful in preparing for birth. Since then, I've been going for pelvic floor physiotherapy and yoga classes. I love that I can get everything I need at one space and that my baby is welcome at the classes! The space is also a very calming environment, where self-care and wellness feel like a little luxury for myself. The classes are also a great way to meet other parents. Highly recommend for any wellness needs!

I went to Kaer for a prenatal massage at 21 weeks pregnant and Tracy was great! Already thinking about when I want to schedule my next visit :)

Forcing clients to create accounts in order to book is not very smart. You might be able to collect some emails, but you are for sure losing customers (like me who decided to just book somewhere else that doesn’t required i create an account to get a massage) who are getting frustrated at your online booking experience. Why not just have a checkout and take my money, why create an account?

From the start, Lisa took the time to understand exactly what I was dealing with: lingering left adductor pain, tightness and discomfort in my right quad, and a surprising amount of built-up tension through my neck. What stood out immediately was her ability to not just treat the symptoms, but to r... read more
