I am truly enjoying Melissa’s yoga class. Stretch, balance and strength are so very important as we move forward in life. Each class there is a bit of a challenge which I certainly embrace. Thank you, Melissa
Melissa's sessions are great for anyone who wants to keep in good mental and physical shape. Overall fitness, attention to specific areas, "raising the bar" a little in each class is key for me. I always feel better after the class than when I come in.
