This studio is amazing! I did a double FIIT and Flow class with Jen and felt awesome. Great music, vibes and energy. I highly recommend. And they provide mara, yogi toes and towels so you just need to show up!
I’ve had a great experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and create a positive environment for all experience levels. The studio is clean, relaxing, and has such a great atmosphere. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a wonderful place to grow your practice. I highly recommend checking them out!
I absolutely love Yoga Joint! The heated classes push me in the best way possible, and I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and in such a better mood. The instructors bring amazing energy, make everyone feel welcome, and know how to keep you motivated from start to finish. Whether I’m there for an intense workout or to reset my mind, Yoga Joint never disappoints. It’s become one of my favorite places to recharge—I can’t recommend it enough!
Everyone is so sweet, workouts are intense but so encouraging. Kenny especially is amazing, so welcoming and encouraging.!!
